Here’s a revised version of the text, aiming for a clear, confident East Coast American style: Microsoft Copilot now allows users to complete common tasks directly within the apps they already use. Previously, people had to switch between Copilot and other programs—like Microsoft 365—to get things done. Now, users can take action within their work apps without leaving the Copilot chat window. However, expanding these capabilities raises important questions for IT departments. It’s critical to understand the risks associated with these new agents, whether they are actually being utilized, and if they’re operating as intended. As Copilot becomes more sophisticated and the number of agents deployed grows, these questions become increasingly important. To address this, we’re introducing three new features across Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio. These changes are designed to speed up work processes without sacrificing IT oversight—providing a more controlled and efficient experience.
